We understand that our children are very occupied with their academic studies and so is our working adult being busy at work. Some are very stressful with school exams and some are very tired after a day of hardwork. With these in mind, we have short term learning programmes that are regulated to suit their time and cater to the needs of having a healthy body and mind. These courses are conducted in small class either during daytime or evening.
Ballet lesson is a physical workout. Doing a ballet class means exercising on many different parts of the body. The arms, legs, back, stomach muscles, feet and ankles are all strengthened and toned. In a ballet class, you need to memorise the moves for the arms, legs, head and following the music too. So you are exercising both bodies and your brains at the same time!
Participants ranging in age from their 16's – 60’s!
Some participants wear leotard and tights, others dance in a fitting t-shirt with leggings or trackpants. Ballet shoes are required and may be purchased from our school or at your preferred store.
This is a low impact lesson. Stretching exercises are done on the floor as warm up before moving on to the barre. At the barre, there will be some basic kicks to enhance and improve strength and flexibility.
Suitable for absolute beginners or for those who feel very stiff.
